Lemon Rosemary Cornish Hens
Ingredients: 4 Cornish game hens
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp rosemary, crumbled
Preparation: Preheat oven to 400. Rinse & dry hens. Combine melted butter, lemon juice & rosemary. Brush hens inside & out with half of the butter mixture. Place hens in roasting pan. Roast for 50 minutes, basting often. Baste with remaining butter mixture. Roast 10 minutes more or until hens are tender & juices run clear when thigh is pierced with a fork.
