Potato Soup
Ingredients: 4 slices bacon
1/2 cup shredded carrot
3 cup diced potatoes
1 tsp parsley
3/4 cup diced celery
1 env. cream of chicken soup
1 Tbsp dried minced onion
1/2 lb Velveeta, cubed
1 1/2 cup water
2 cups milk
Preparation: Fry bacon in pot until crisp, crumble & set aside. To grease add potatoes, celery, onion & water. Cook until tender. Add carrot, parsley, soup mix, Velveeta & milk; heat over low until cheese melts. Add bacon.
