Pie Crust     

Ingredients:
1 cup shortening
1/2 cup ice water
1/2 tsp salt
about 2 1/2 cups flour

Preparation:
Combine shortening, water & salt. Cut in flour using pastry cutter or fork. Use just enough to make it stick together, but not sticky. Makes 3 crusts.
