Ham & Bean Soup     

Ingredients:
1 smoked ham hock
2 cups pinto beans
1 onion, diced
6 garlic cloves, minced
5 cups chicken stock
2 bay leaves
1 tsp. ground cumin
1 pinch dried oregano

Preparation:
Rinse & clean pinto beans in cold water. Place all ingredients in Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure 50 minutes (60 minutes at altitude), full natural release.
