Lunchbox Turnovers     

Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese
1 stick butter
2 cups flour
pie filling, any flavor

Preparation:
Mush the cream cheese and butter in your hands until well blended. Add flour and mush until dough is formed. Roll into a ball and refrigerate until you can work without aggravation. Roll out dough to 1/8" thickness. Cut out 2" rounds. Place filling in middle, fold over and seal. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes or until lightly golden at edges. Cool. Roll in powdered sugar.
