White Chocolate Fudge     

Ingredients:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 cups confectioners’ sugar
1-1/2 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup chopped pecans
12 oz white chocolate or vanilla-flavored chips

Preparation:
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. In a double boiler, melt chocolate. Fold into cream cheese mixture with pecans. Spread into a greased 8" baking pan. Chill.
