Spaghetti Sauce (slow cooker)
Ingredients: 4 large tomatoes, diced
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 cup tomato paste
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried basil
1 tsp dried oregano
salt & pepper
1 lb ground beef (optional)
Preparation: In the bottom of a slow cooker, stir together tomatoes, garlic, tomato paste, salt, sugar, basil, oregano, and salt & pepper. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Remove lid and mash tomatoes with the back of a fork. Stir in ground beef. Serve over cooked spaghetti.
