Jeremy's Perfect Brownies     

Ingredients:
4 large Eggs
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Brown sugar
8 oz (2 sticks) melted Butter
1 1/4 cup Dutch Process cocoa
2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Flour

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Butter a 9x13 inch pan. Whisk eggs. Add sugars, butter, cocoa, vanilla, and salt. Mix together well and then mix in flour. Pour batter into greased pan and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

NOTE: Do not use regular cocoa. Dutch process cocoa does make a difference. We use SaCo brand which is a combination of dutch process and regular cocoa.
