Minga's Bagna Caulda     

Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1 can anchovies, mashed
4-6 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 pint whipping cream

Preparation:
Saute garlic and anchovies in butter. Add cream. Heat slowly, about 20 minutes. Serve hot with crusty bread.
