Frozen Creamed Corn     

Ingredients:
4 quarts corn (16 cups or about 3 dozen ears)
1 pint half & half (or 1 cup cream & 1 cup milk)
1 lb butter

Preparation:
Take corn off ears. Spread milk & butter over the corn in a large metal pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Cool quickly in ice water. Yield: about 6 pints
