Pie Crust (no roll)     

Ingredients:
1 1/4 cups + 2 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup + 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. + 1 1/2 tsp. milk

Preparation:
In a pie plate mix flour, sugar, and salt. In measuring cup stir together oil and milk. Mix the liquid with the flour in the pie plate and press into pie shell. Fill pie crust following recipe directions.

For prebaked pie crust, shape crust in glass or aluminum pie plate, then refrigerate until fully chilled, at least 2 hours. Place pie plate on a foil lined baking sheet. Line the pie crust with foil and fill with sugar. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Lift foil with sugar, cool sugar and transfer to an airtight container. Fill pie crust as directed.
