Caramel Corn     

Ingredients:
18 cups unsalted popped popcorn
3/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3/8 cups light corn syrup
3/4 tsp baking soda

Preparation:
Put popped popcorn in a brown paper bag. In a large glass bowl combine sugar, butter & corn syrup; microwave on high 3 minutes. Stir well & microwave on high another 3 minutes. Stir in baking soda & pour over popcorn; shake bag to mix. Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes; remove bag & shake again to mix. Microwave on high another 1 1/2 minutes. Allow to cool in bag before breaking apart & serving.
