Pronto Pasta Chicken
Ingredients: 1 can undrained diced tomatoes
8 oz. uncooked bowtie pasta
4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, sliced thin
2 cups fresh broccoli florets
1/2 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Preparation: Cook pasta as directed on package. Cook chicken in 2 Tbsp. dressing in large skillet for 5 minutes or until chicken is browned on both sides, turning after 3 minutes. Stir in diced tomatoes, broccoli and remaining dressing. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and broccoli is crisp-tender. Top with parmesan, cover. Let stand 2-3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve over hot pasta.
