Hot Cocoa Mix
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup(s) unsweetened cocoa
1 1/4 cup(s) sugar
6 ounce(s) semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
ΒΌ tsp salt
8 qt box powdered milk
11 oz powdered cream
Preparation: In food processor, with knife blade attached, blend cocoa, sugar, chocolate, and salt until almost smooth. Store in tightly sealed container at room temperature up to 6 months. Use 1/4 cup mix for each cup of hot water.
For other flavor options, consider adding cinnamon, cayenne, nutmeg, chili powder, or coriander.
