Peach Salsa     

Ingredients:
3 peaches, peeled and pitted
1/2 red onion
1 jalapeno pepper
juice of 1 lime
1/2 tsp salt

Preparation:
Chop the peaches into 1/2 inch chunks. Chop the onion into 1/4 inch pieces. Finely chop the jalapeno. Combine all ingredients.
