Cauliflower Fried Rice     

Ingredients:
Onion, minced
Ginger, minced
Garlic, minced
Cauliflower Medley Riced Veggies
Egg, beaten
Rotisserie chicken or shrimp
Soy sauce to taste

Preparation:
Saute onion, ginger, and garlic until soft. Add cauliflower rice and heat about 5 minutes. Stir in egg until cooked through, add shrimp or chicken and soy sauce to taste.
