Cherry Cheesecake Egg Rolls     

Ingredients:
Egg Roll Wrappers
Cream Cheese, softened
Powdered Sugar
Vanilla Extract
Cherry Pie Filling
Cooking Spray

Preparation:
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F

Mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.

Lay out the egg roll wrappers on a clean surface. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each wrapper. Add a dollop of cherry pie filling on top of the cream cheese.

Fold the sides of the wrapper toward the center and roll up from the bottom to create a tight roll. Seal the edges with a bit of water.

Lightly coat the egg rolls with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
