Mexican Corn Pie     

Ingredients:
3 large eggs
8 3/4 oz can cream corn
10 oz frozen corn
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1 cup sour cream
4 oz chopped green chiles
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp Worcestershire
4 oz sharp cheddar cheese
4 oz Monterey jack cheese

Preparation:
Grease a 10" pie plate generously with shortening. Cut cheeses into 1/2" cubes. In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add all remaining ingredients & stir until thoroughly mixed. Pour into pie plate & bake uncovered at 350 for one hour. (Can refrigerate 3 days then reheat 20 minutes at 350 or freeze up to 3 months. If frozen, thaw & reheat at 350 for 20 minutes.)
