Juicing Citrus
Ingredients: 1 lemon = 3 Tbsp juice
1 lime = 2 Tbsp juice
1 orange = 4 Tbsp or 1/4 cup juice
1 grapefruit = 12 Tbsp or 3/4 cup juice

-Firmly roll the fruit on your countertops before cutting it in half to further break down the fruit's membranes.
