Smothered Pork Chops
Ingredients: 4 pork chops
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation: Brown pork chops on both sides in nonstick skillet on medium high heat. Spoon soup over pork chops. Reduce heat to medium low and cover. Cook until pork chops are tender, about 1 hour. Occasionally flip pork chops, scrape browned bits, and stir gravy.
