Knepfla Soup     

Ingredients:
6 potatoes, peeled & diced
2 onions, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 cup chicken broth
2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/3 cup butter
4 cups water
pepper
celery salt
13 oz. can evaporated milk
chives

Knepfla:
1 cup flour
1 egg
1/2 cup water

Preparation:
Combine potatoes, onions, celery, carrot, broth, bouillon, parsley, butter, water, celery salt, and pepper in kettle, cook until tender. Slightly mash vegetables. Add milk and chives, bring to a boil. Make knepfla and spoon or cut small pieces into hot soup. Simmer 10 minutes.
