Ranch Dressing & Dip Mix     

Ingredients:
1/2 cup powdered buttermilk
1/4 cup dried parsley
1 Tbsp dried chives
1 Tbsp dried dill
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder (Tbsp?)
3/4 tsp salt
3/4 tsp coarse ground pepper

Preparation:
Combine all ingredients well. Store in a small canning jar with tight fitting lid in refrigerator.
Dressing: whisk together 1 cup mayonnaise with 1/2 cup milk or buttermilk (more or less depending on the consistency you want) with 1 Tbsp mix.
Dip: use 1 cup sour cream and 2 Tbsp mix. Store in refrigerator a few hours before use. Can refrigerate for up to 3 days.
