Aleppo Chile Oil
Ingredients: 1/2 cup olive oil
8 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
1/3 cup Aleppo pepper
Preparation: Add oil to small saucepan. Add garlic, if using. Heat over medium to a simmer. Remove from heat and add Aleppo. Cool to room temperature and store in an airtight container.
