Crock Pot Stuffing
Ingredients: 1 bag stuffing (14 oz) or 10 cups cubed French bread
1/2 cup butter
1 peeled onion, chopped
3 celery stalks, chopped
1 Tbsp parsley
1 tsp dried sage
1/2 tsp thyme
1/2 tsp salt
pepper to taste
1-2 cups chicken stock
Preparation: Sauté onion and celery in butter until onion is clear. Stir in parsley, sage, thyme, salt and pepper. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker and cook on low.
