Cheddar Cheese Bites     

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 400F. Line baking tray with parchment paper.

Whisk the eggs in a bowl. Mix in cheddar cheese, almond flour, and baking powder. Divide into 8 balls and place them on the baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
