Sausage Gravy
Ingredients: 1/2 lb. breakfast sausage
1 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 3/4 cups milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation: Cook the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink. Stir in butter until melted, add salt and pepper. Sprinkle with flour. Gradually stir in milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes. Serve over biscuits.
