Cajun Deviled Eggs     

Ingredients:
12 large eggs
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons minced green onions
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 1/2 tablespoons dijon, whole grain, or spicy mustard
2 teaspoons lemon zest
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper or Sriricha to taste
Creole seasoning to taste
1 cup finely chopped, fully cooked, Louisiana crawfish tails

Preparation:
Combine filling ingredients with egg yolks.
