Pumpkin Ice Cream
Ingredients: 2 cups heavy whipping cream
1-1/2 cups canned pumpkin
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Preparation: In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; stir until the sugar is dissolved. Freeze according to manufacturer’s directions.
