Apple Cider Ice Cream     

Ingredients:
3 cups fresh apple cider
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Preparation:
Place apple cider in a saucepan and bring it to a boil. Continue boiling until reduced to 6 ounces. Cool completely.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until combined well. Add mixture to your ice cream maker and churn according to manufacturer's directions.
