Cream Cheese Danish     

Ingredients:
2 cans crescent rolls
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. sour cream

Icing:
1 cup powdered sugar
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. softened butter

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Do not unroll the dough, slice into pieces about 1/4 inch thick. Place the slices on a cookie sheet and press the center to make an indentation. Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and sour cream. Add about 1 tablespoon of mixture to each circle of dough. Bake 15-20 minutes. Cool 15 minutes before adding icing.
