Chocolate Fondue
Ingredients: 1/3 cup whipping cream
8 oz. semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
Dippers such as bananas, pound cake, dried apricots, etc.
Preparation: Bring cream to simmer, then reduce heat to low. Add chopped chocolate. Whisk until smooth and remove from heat.
